Shirazi Salad -  Combination of freshly diced cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, & parsley with Rumi’s citrus dressing.

Dolmeh -  freshly mixed ground beef, rice, and mild herbs hand wrapped in grape vine leaves and simmered in a zesty sweet and sour pomegranate sauce.

Kashk Badenjoon -  a blend of sautéed eggplant and onion topped with a Persian cream of whey, crispy fried onion, and mint.

Rumi’s Dip -  a blend of pureed chickpeas, sesame tahini, & garlic mixed with olive oil & lemon juice.
